KIKAIDER COMBAT TECHNIQUES


Kikaider is a powerfull android of great strength and abilities, especially in the arena of jumping long distances and amazing acrobatic prowess. When he is in battle form, even the most formidable of Dark Androids are outmatched by his Great Swing Throw, Double-Chop, and Denji-End maneuvers. In episode #35, Kikaider recieves a 1,000,000 Volt shock, which powers him up and gives a boost to all of his standard techniques, as well as bringing new abilities to the fore.

"Aircrafoot" (Eakurafutto)
Jets on the bottom of Kikaider's feet, allow him to fly or jump great distances.

"Great Swing Throw" (Daishanin-nage)
Usually a mid-air maneuver, in which using momentum, Kikaider dashes his opponents to the ground.

"Double Chop" (Daburu Choppu)
Simultaneous, twin-handed blow, which causes a severe concussion throughout an opponent's mechanical and electronic structure.

"Spinning Jump" (Kaiten Janppu)
Most common Kikaider maneuver.

"Spinning Attack" (Kaiten Attaku)
Aerial maneuver, in which Kikaider flips onto his opponents, knocking them to the ground.

"Infrared Eyes" (Me-kara Akai Kosen)
Allows Kikaider to unmask the Dark Android's human disguises.

"Kikaider Spark" (Kikaida Supakku)
White, pulsating ray fired from Kikaider's hands.

"Galactic Hurricane" (Ginga Harriken)
First utilized in episode #38 against Haikaider. This technique involves mid-air spinning around his opponent, in order to deliver a flurry of blows.

"Ultra Kick" (Urutora Kikku)
From episode #35. Focuses his power into his foot, much like the Double Chop.

"Electro-End" (Denji enddo)
Kikaider builds up his internal power to a focuses point in his crossed hands, by throwing his arms forward. The power is released and sent crashing into the internal structure of his opponent, overloading and exploding all systems. The resulting technique "blows-up" the target.
