Kikaider is my favorite Japanese show of all time. Why? Well, there are certainly better looking shows, but that's the point. Kikaider is so completely stupid, you have to love it. The monsters look so terrible and cheap sometimes (well, most of the time), and sometimes you can almost see the guy in the suit. Plus, Kikaider is nonstop action, which is especially good when you do not speak Japanese. You don't really don't need to know what they are saying, it's just so much fun watching.
